Macrolink = ISDN Primary Rate Interface (PRI) = 30 * 64000 bps B channels
and one 64000 bps D channel.

Microlink = ISDN Basic Rate Interface (BRI) = 2 * 64000 bps B channels and
one 16000 bps D channel.
