If you use the migration utility you will probably like the
results better. It lets you migrate the users, files,
trustee info, printers, etc... when you are upgrade both OS
and hardware. Check the knowledgebase at
http://support.novell.com/search/kb_index.htm for TIDs on
doing this.
Also, you might want to post to the comp.os.netware.*
newsgroups in the future. Lots more traffic (i.e.,
experienced engineers and sysadmins) there than here.
