is off-topic.  Rather than invite the electronic equivalent of a
tank round, I'm going to focus on your last comment.

Right.  That's one reason it can be so effective.  A propagandist
has only to blast away at his opponents in every way possible,
while being much milder on his own tribe.  To criticize a tribe
member once in a while is not the same as relentless attacks
on others.
