 Bill, send your next payment via registered or certified mail.
 Then you'll know for sure what date they received it. There is
 a mortage company in Southern California that still tries to
 pull that stunt -- after signing for the receipt 2 or 3 days
 before the posting date.  They are going to come under close
 examination by the state's attorney general and the FTC.
... If you don't know where you're going, any road will get you there.
