Well, I have changed it from a monthly newsletter to an Internet mailing list

sort of like a closed echo or conference. Anyone's welcome, but you must have
Internet E-Mail to get it.
Ask your sysop if he or she is offering or plans to offer Internet E-Mail. It
can be really cheap, usually free for users of the BBSs around here.
The way one subscribes now is by sending e-mail:
     To: majordomo@bolis.com
Subject: (none)
Message: subscribe collectors
Sorry if that keeps you out, but check with your sysop.
