That's debatable, depending on your opinion of Winows 95. :-)

Which it should do. Since you are running a 28.8k bps modem, set your
"Baud" rate to 38400 or 57600 bps.

I have set up plenty of machines using DUN, and the modems concerned don't
seem to have any problem connecting at 28800 bps.
