   Hello Nicholas!

27 Nov 16 12:33, you wrote to me:
NB> As you can see in my tearline, you're not using Golded's "latest

This is the last source at:

https://sourceforge.net/projects/golded-plus/files/Golded%2B%201.1.5%20snapshot
s/2016.03.22/

I am done chasing and begging for links for stuff. THe last modified date on
there is 4/8/16 which is for the above source.

You can refer to another thread in another echo, where Alan Ianson listed the
CORRECT steps to compile this.. and THOSE AINT THEM! Period.

There is some lib or something that this other stuff depends on that has to be
compiled first.. I forget which one.. and I am not looking it up. I am not
using Husky stuff. Crashmail works great when you use -m32 on 64b systems. Plus
there is at least some what some sort of documentation in some reasonably
comprehensible form, verus Huskys void of same.

If you are goig to release software that you only realease in source to the
public then it is INCUMBENT on Y-O-U the releaser to provide FULL AND COMPLETE
WORKING INSTRUCTIONS... If those instructions differ from distro to distro,
then I would suggest that you provide it in DEB or RPM format for easier
install or you detail to the last dot what to do... All too often all you get
is what you list below... and that is often NOT the required steps or
requirements.

I will reiterate that if I released software like this at work or one of my
employees did, let me tell you the outcome... YOU ARE FIRED!

It aint the lib they list in that ... there is another one... Alan listed....

When I find ONE program that does that, AND WORKS, I'll let you know.. Till
then... Please don't regurgitate this spiel when its not correct.

This is way tangential to the discussion at hand, and we are not going to
agree... Enjoy your future endeavours!
