That's sorta what I'm enjoying about the Unitarian Universalists:
while they have a general sort of belief code, part of it is that
each person has the right and the responsibility to believe what
they will, and to take responsibility for doing what they can to
make things better.  I went to a UU service yesterday, and was
much impressed. I'll be going back.
