 CJ> started out as a replacement for the DOS MORE command.

        Now, I get it. Thank you. I have had my troubles with the MORE
 command  and the TYPE one too. But at times, they are quite handy when
 in DOS. When I started in this fun-thing, I also used a PRG that would
 show the 16 bytes on the left half of the screen and their ASCII values
 on the right hand side. That was also a fine way to read .txt and do
 some correcting. My DOS background is quite limited, I have to refer
 to my Dummies quite often.
