I've tried getting help from Apple, but they're too interested in selling
product, and suggest I go to the various forums online. Like Intel and
Microsoft, Apple's answer to everything is to buy new equipment.

I tried the forums, and like the Synchronet echoes in FidoNet, they all act
like they are too good to help a noob with OLD equipment. I'd actually call
their attitudes snotty.

Oh well, I guess I'll sell all my old Mac machines. Probably won't get much,
but they will be out of the way.

By the way, any other chat on this issue SHOULD be taken to private email (see
addy in first post).
