There is a sheet metal shop one block from my home that makes sheet
metal trays CHEAP. He only charged me $15 for a very nice 2'wx4'lx3"d
tray, folded edges, no sharp exposed metal anyplace. I dunno if he'd
ship finished trays, or what it would cost (probably more than the
tray, I suspect) but if you can't find a cheap supplier close to you, I
can go ask him.
