         Hi Sandra, I am new at computers also. I was using a Apple IIe since
the beginning of the year. I just upgraded to a Apple II GS on 7/6/96.Now I
have to learn my way around all over again It's still an obsolete system
but its way better than what I was using. This one has color,a mouse, a hard
drive, color printer, and 3.5 & 5.25 drives. I joined the Apple II User Group
of Tacoma and I get exellent help and any hardware or software that I need
This GS operates very much like a MAC. You might check and see if there are
any User Groups in your area for your type of computer.
       I am pretty new to this BBS also. It is a great way to learn things
and talk with people and read about horse stuff. I try to get in here at
least every 2 days.
       I live in Graham, Wash. on 5 acres and have a TWH named Walker.
