You are right. Each of those has stronger points and weaker points. You may
want to review them all and see which one best fits your needs.

What I meant was that unless one of them has a feature that you desperately
need and the others don't, each is as good as the next one.

Just like RedHat is as good as SuSE or Slackware or Debian.

At the club I have run Slackware, RedHat, then SuSE, and now I'm running
Debian. It is of course based on differences between the distributions, but
the fact that I am running one today doesn't mean the others are bad. In
fact, as the club's need evolved, and the distribution, so has our choice
of distribution.

The same if true for the *BSD. They are all neck to neck with features,
even though they remain focused on what made them start in the first place.
I remember reading a good article describing the strong points of each of
them, but of course I can't find the url right now.
