Hardware:Compaq proliant 1850 R, Dlt 35/70 tape unit reed 5 disk array
Os: Netware 4.11, sp6a
Software: Managewise 5.2

Problem is as folows when i start remote control with managewise 2.5 i can
take over the users screen but the screen brakes up when i manualy refresh
the screen it is workable but it is far from ideal.
when i control older workstations pentium 200 Mhz it goes alright
but newer machines 200 and above give problems.
i bought a 1000 user licence for our company and i expect it to fil our
needs
any one ideas?
