The first sad thing is that the lens will probably never produce good
images for a telescope.
The second sad thing is that you are going to have to figure that out on
your own as the prescription for those lenses was pretty much a company
secret when they were done and it is quite probable that the paper that the
stuff was writtin on was put into the shredder and burned about 5 years
after they stopped making them.
If you have the lenses in the two subcells, it shouldn't be that hard to
figure out where the two sets are supposed to go.  Just set the focuser to
where the FL is supposed to be and adjust the spacing between the lenses to
where it focuses the light.  This can be done very easily with a single
light at some distance away - a streetlight down at the corner of the block
will be more than far enough away to get the aberrations out of the way.
