The Jolly Rogers Cookbook has been around for many years... I wouldn't be 
suprised if he is either no longer calling boards. (ie. has a career and a 
life)  or is in jail for blowing up somthing.. :-)  Chances are, you will 
meet many wannabe JR's and not of the original.
