Ummm... I think you also said something about other networks, and the bug
in SEAL's TIC processing *MAY* have an effect as well with BSO and it's
handling of different "Zones" in different outbound
directories... but I can't attest to that. It would be something I would
check... :-( But remember that's just for FILEs and TICs.

I still use SEAL for Areafixing but I run NEF first and let it process any
TIC/filefixing messages before I let SEAL work on stuff with files kinda
disabled. I like how SEAL works mostly, except the way it supports (or
doesn't support correctly) uplink arefix kill/purges to your downlinks...
if they aren't in SEAL's "AUTO" mode at the downlink you gotta
send out -ECHO messages mostly by hand... or use a tandem copy of AreaFix
like I used to before I wrote my own AUTOKILLER/Drop ECHO... :-) Ummm... I
think I had kludge AREAFIX's message after y2k also... HA!!!
