I don't know if this still works in newer versions of Windows: 

Open the .doc file with Notepad (or whatever), hilite, edit, & copy the 
text you want. 

Switch back to your Blue Wave editor and press + at the 
same time. 
A menu should pop up, select edit, then paste. 
The text you copied will paste where the cursor was. 

The following was done by doing the above: 

  Initial D Movie
  Last night during dinner, I was looking at a tabloid magazine from
  Hong Kong.  There was an article about the live action movie.  Main
  stars are Jay Chou who plays Takumi and Edison Chen who plays
  Itsuki.  Two words about this movie:  UTTER CRAP!  There's been movies
  based off of comic books by Hong Kong directors and more than half the
  time, it's been ruined.  Guys that will go see it will most likely be
  disappointed by this.  Girls on the other hand would probably love it
  because of the eyecandies Jay and Edison.  To make matters worst, Jay
  Chou can't even speak a word of Cantonese, so what does that mean?
  Horrible dubbing.  And I wouldn't be suprised if the characters would
  be changed around from the comic.  I've already seen pictures of the
  Trueno with Fujiwara Tofu Shop sticker on the driver side and an Akina
  SpeedStars sticker on the hood.

TokyoPop already hacked & slashed the American dub of the anime. 
They couldn't even leave the subtitles alone for the original version. 
Swimsuit, when it's supposed to be birthday suit.  
"Papa" isn't her father, he's her sugar-daddy (enjo kousai).
