   OK. The only way I can really tell you what might be wrong is to see
   how you have things configured. Post the following info for me:

   1. system used (XP, ME, OS/2 or what ever).

   2. directory where your Bwave executable lives (e.g. h:\bwave\ )

   3. from the configuration menus:

     a. under archive, what is on the line for zip? (assuming you are
        using zip compression).

     b. under directories, what is the directory for upload?

   4. If you are using pkzip , pkunzip -- do they live in the same
     directory as in 2 above, or are they on the path that DOS programs
     get to see?

 JP> I hope that you can find a minute to straighten this out.

  The answer is written in the config files someplace.

  If for some reason you do not want to post the info, send me an email
  with the word "owl" in the subject line -- that will make it get by my
  spam filters.
