Drew MPR 3.1 is in Netware internet Access Server
You have to install it from NIAS CD that came with intranetware
then it will show up in the inetcfg protocols section under tcpip.

P.S. you have to manage it through netware administrator 3.x by using the
IPXGW3X.DLL snapin!
