It is.  And there is a bugfix update to it too.
BTW, StarOffice just released another update to their "Try and Buy" version 
that will allow it to run until the end of June.  We need to get that program 
available in the states.  It is Internet capable.  I've used it to go out and 
get stuff off of the Web and incorporate it into several papers I was writing 
for college.
