Not exactly.  When I got the V.34 upgrades for my two Optimas, Hayes supplied 
a single page of update info with the kits.  I just typed that info from the 
page.
However... I just happen to have a text file which I added to my copy of 
TRM288. This also shows the updated commands.  Since this may be useful to 
you and others (and isn't large), I'll post it in the following message.
