Lucky me, I never lost one. Though there was a time I thought I was
pregnant ¨and got a very heavy late period... It would have been too soon
to be sure.

;-) Charlotte only scared us over speech delay. She was quite late. Once
she ¨started though, she took off and her vocabulary has been advanced ever
since. ¨Kid today used 'extemporanious' (sp? You know me, cant spell
worth a damn) ¨when discribing dinner and Don's cooking. I noted it only
because Don asked ¨her to spell it and she cant either .

She asked Don if she could only use words she could spell, then commented
if ¨so, she'd sound like a baby. Don looked at me and said no, but he'd
get her a ¨better dictionary. She looked at him, and gently reminded him
that *she* was ¨computer literate and could look'em up online easy enough.
She did that just ¨this day while peering over my shoulder and us trying to
spell 'magikarp' (a ¨water pokemon critter, came up in a post in the
cooking related echos I think).

We both wanted to spell it 'magicarp' but she said it didnt look right so
¨flipped the A/B switch and hit wikipedia...Then we finished the echo
message.
