Use the AT$H command to display the online help and perhaps use the
following settings:
&R CTS normal operating state
&S1 DSR on when ready to accept data
%R2 Enable auto rate adaption, medium BER
\Q3 Enable bilateral CTS/RTS flow control
\X1 Pass XON/XOFF characters to remote DCE
*TH1 Medium V.34 rate selection threshold
