I am using something similar to this.  I disabled com2 in BIOS and used the
 'virtual' IRQ in SIO.  I use IRQ-4 for com1, and IRQ-3 for -all- my
INTERNET  ports.  Its not a real IRQ (or port address) for SIO.
My com1 is a real port for dial-in.

Soon I should have TAG set up for I-net.   :}
