Is there any copyright or trademark on "Maximus"?  Reason I ask
is because for a number of weeks now there's been this radio commercial
running around here,  for some sort of an "herbal preparation", 
that starts out:  "Men,  how would you like to improve your sex
life?"

Guess what they call their product?
