JEAN PARROT wrote the following to CHARLES JENNINGS, and I quote (in part):

Well, I am also guilty of leading you astray ;-). I normally
use Silver Xpress rather than BW under Win95. I use BW only when
the SX door screws up. That being said I have no such problem as
you describe.

My editor is in a window; not full-screen. For this message I
minimized the editor. Loaded Q.EXE into LIST and marked and copied
the following into the clipboard.

SE The SemWare Editor Junior v4.0 Copyright 1 985-1995 SemWare
Corp. All rights reserved worldwide.

Just as a wild guess, have you looked around for an updated
video driver? But really, I don't beans about hardware. Video
drivers are not hardware but close enough for me ;-).

    Good luck,
      Charles
