Don't listen to Jerry, his method will cause you great
pain. Never change a NetWare 4.x or 5.x server's time that
way, not that you need to.
Your problem is with time zones. Double click the clock in
the task bar of your Win98 workstation and select the Time
Zone tab. Pick the correct time zone.
