Search support.novell.com for "pseudo module", you will find several hints

Also , you can try deleting c:\windows\system\nettrans.inf
After that , fool win95 by changing any advanced property of any of the
loaded network clients (Settings, Network, Choose your Network client, click
Properties).
You'll see Win95 rebuiliding it's network database. Sometimes this helps.
