subject: Birdie bread

Hi Patti,
PJ> Yes please, if you can give me the idea of quantities for the birdy
 PJ> bread,
PJ> and the matzo bread for the birds, I will be greatful.
I ran thru the tape and the matzo balls were made by mixing beans, rice and
corn in equal amounts. In the slide it looked as though the ingedients were
cooled and then put thru a blender so that the corn was not whole. Then it
was
made into a ball. They also included suppliments. She said that since the
motza was not complete protein that protien had to be added.
For the bread I use Jiffy mix. I add one extra egg, 3/4 cup cooked brown
ice,
1/2 cubed cheese, 1 spoon kelp, 1 spoon Spirolina. The kelp is for the iodine
and trace minerals...the Spirolina is for the protein, etc.
The motza would be good with the kelp and Spirolina added.
