As far as I know there really isn't too much of a difference, as far as
wear, from unleaded fuel. As both lack the lubricating qualities that leaded
fuel had. The Propane will tollerate MUCH higher compresion ratios compared
to Gasoline due to a higher octane rating. The higher compression negates
the lower power output of propane, so that really wouldn't matter too much,
unless you don't bump up your compression, then you will be down on power.
I've heard it's actually easier to start a Propane engine on a cold
morning, due to the Propane being a gas instead of a liquid.
