   Downloading, how?  And how recent of updates?   I ask because the last I
heard, there is a 1 day delay for what's visible via the web interface but
that doesn't seem to affect the cvs interface itself...  Certainly;  when I
do a check in to to there (ftnpl, for instance), if I then do a checkout
it's the new stuff that's available...   But I don't even try viewing it
via the web
interface until at least the next day...
