I believe you will find all of Scott Dudley's code is part of the Max 3.02
source code that was released under the GPL and place on the
maximus.sourceforge.net site.  So, have you looked into switching the
licensing over to GPL after verifing and updating for any changes in the
Squish MsgAPI that comes with the Max 3.02 source code?
