Yeah, but you forgot one thing.  If Johnny actually shot someone
with that 25 ACP *and* his victim noticed it, the victim might
get mad and shove that little Raven where the sun don't shine.
Of course Johnny will probably emulate the last TV show he saw
and hold the weapon sideways with both elbow and wrist cocked in
order to look cool while shooting.  All of which means he'll hit
the bus-load of nuns 3 blocks away.
About the same result as that fool that opened up on the MLK 
parade in Baton Rouge.
