I asked the general question about *everybody* about two or three weeks
ago, and several times before that.  I never got an answer.  I've
decided to start getting specific.  If Charles fails to answer this
question, I can get even *more* specific.
I want to know how individual rights and individual safety will be
handled in his order of things.
But, you know, Charles may have genuine trouble handling questions.
If true, that difficulty won't change my asking them, however.
