Stock price manipulation, the eventual and unavoidable result of their
motivational methods. In the early days they had sensible people who knew
that stock price depended on quality of their product line, then some time
after windows 3.1 they grew too fast and started hiring all the harvard
types and the thinking changed to product placement, short term views,
statistical evaluations, and all the other bullshit that professors who
have been removed from the real world for 20 years teach these kids in
school.
It works for a while, then it blows up in your face.
Geo.
