You unzip the CMD file, then unzip the UPDATE (4260eng.zip if memory
serves) THEN unzip the new datafiles. The 4.50 engine does not read 426x
series datafiles corrrectly. The 4260eng contains updated EXEs and DLLs
that fix that issue.
