arj is running perfectly under tsx, rar is sometimes (!) canceled with a
memory protection error (accessing memory that doesn't belong to the
process). this may work under dos, but tsx is a protected mode operating
system with many tasks, so no 16-bit program may access any memory not given
to this program.
