I type in the text manually on line using ProComm Plus. The problems may be related to the fact I am still using a 286 system with serious signs of age. It will not upload or download properly. That is why I have to enter it online. Sorry for any inconvenience and thanks for reposting. People need to be warned about how the testing entrapment works.
