Hello All!
Is anyone out there with BT Internet? I am appalled with their quality of
service at the moment. It seems that the mail server is constantly down, web
access is so slow it's quicker to fly to the site and get the information on
a floppy disk, it never connects first time, etc etc.....
I've complained to them countless times but each time just get a standard
response. Do we have any rights as consumers to /demand/ good quality service
from ISPs? or do we just have to pay our 10ukp+VAT a month, and wasted phone
calls and put up with it?
