Perhaps he is referring to the SKS Sporter confiscation program now in full
swing in California.
5,600 legally registered guns are targeted, and I have been told that 17
have been turned in.
Per the radio advertising now being heard in California, the owners of these
legally registered guns have 'till the end of the year to turn them in.
The radio spots tell us directly that by not turning them in (the radio
spots don't mention destruction or out-of-state shipping) the owners of
these legally registered guns will guilty of a crime.
Perhaps it's that gun confiscation program that he meant.
