My resident wizard set me up with DOS, but with a number of unix
commands along with DOS versions of essentially *nix programs.  E.g.,
I'm typing this in MicroEMACS.  So I have to admit that it isn't pure
DOS.  And I do have the capability to look at pretty pictures, but on my
own decision (with lxpic installed to display them).  I just don't do it
much...    And I hear you on the joke there...   No fear here,
either...
