 AT> We have run on parts of the parkway several times and once
 AT> even on up into Virginia on the Slyline Drive as far as Front

        We drive that way in April and normally enter the Blue Ridge at
 Fancy Gap just before joining I-81. We drove the whole ridge only once
 as it takes a few days extra on our return north and we then join I-81
 right after Front Royal. But as you said, gorgeous scenery.
