Question:  The totals listed above, and for the V32/MNP/etc, does this include
the overhead nodes (eg. /0, where duplicate node numbers are used?) (Also, as
far as the admin duplicates goes, does one check the actual domain name / phone
number to verify that other nodes are not duplicates?  Because many nets have a
/0 /100, /200, and the actual node number of the NC, eg. /101.... Just
curious....
