Well, yes, I do too...  generally...

When the topic gets away from the subject line, I'll change the subject
line...  unless I'm trying to stay below the moderator's off-topic
radar...     

I'll read just about every message, regardless of the subject (or
supposed subject), so I don't worry about what it is for that, but I do*
like to have the subject line reflect what I'm* trying to talk about,
usually...  :)   In a few areas (generally local or internet, sometimes
the Snooze echo), I'll pass over messages when they are written by
certain people that rarely have anything of value to say, though.
