You have to go to a certified testing center for the tests.. For CNA there's 
1 test, for CNE there's 6 more (if memory serves me right).. At least for 
3.1x anyway..  
The tests are $85.00 each, pass or fail..   :}
Call 800 RED EXAM for more info..  At least its a free call..
I just ace'd the install & config test!!  :}  The test report even 
congratulates you..   :}   Sometimes I amaise even myself..
