I am currently using the "Advantage 30 Digital PCS" plan of AT&T.
I am paying 24.99 a month with 30 local minutes free.
As AT&T has different pricing in each region and I am roaming most of
the time anyway I am looking for a region with a lower monthly fee.
Who saw lower monthly pricing on the Digital AT&T cellular system?
