I have forced a couple of HST connects to Jabberwocky to see what it was 
like.  Both times I got a CONNECT 16800/HST/HST/V.42bis.  I didn't know
at the time that is was supposed to be against Austel regulations to use
HST so i might make a pain of myself and query whether it actually is or not
with Austel today :-)

I might try downloading the latest V34 manual from their FTP site and see if
it has indeed been corrected.  If it still says the above it may be time that
someone pointed it out to them :-)
