I wish to be tutored in the format of Russian telephone numbers....
Specifically, I was wondering what their format is and how they are entered?
For example, when I go to a world telephone number information site, they
might tell you that a Swedish phone number has a 3-3-6 format, but only by
asking a Swede would you learn that the last six digits are given as three
sets of digit pairs (of 2 and 2 and 2), so rather than having input that
looks like XXXXXX, a programmer might use 'XX XX XX' or [XX][XX][XX], for
example. I was wondering how the Russian telephone numbers are used? (North
America uses a 3-3-4, SSS-TTT-XXXX, for State/Province, Town, and number
exchange....) What would be the best way of formatting telephhone number
input? Thanks In Advance
