When my wife had contractions like every 5 minutes ready to deliver our
lastone we arrived at the maternity ward, my wife was visually suffering
and showed a big belly.
 
Out came a nun in a nurses' outfit and asked: "What are you here for?"
 
So I answered rather short "Since this obviously is not a T-shirt
store and my wife has contractions, you may have one guess!"
